We bought 3 blinds from Ivan about 5 years ago and the service was brilliant and the blinds have been great. A couple of days ago a tiny piece of the plastic winding 'chain' cracked. I emailed Ivan to ask if it could possibly be replaced and said I'd transfer whatever it cost. Ivan emailed straight back to say that he'd pop a couple of the pieces into the post ....no charge. How kind is that!!! Brilliant service and highly recommend 😃

We recently bought a new build in Meltham and wanted (mainly) Roman blinds fitted in every room (24 in total!). We found Kestrel Blinds & Shutters online and from the first contact right through to fitting we had exceptional service from Ivan. He was professional and on time and delivered and fitted the blinds as promised (even advised there could be a potential problem with a certain fabric so we could re-choose) and I have to say that we are over the moon with our new home (blinds make it a home). We had three large sets of blinds fitted by Kestrel. They came when they said they would, did the job perfectly, cleaned up afterwards, and were always polite and professional. They even came back to fix an issue that we had a year later without charge. If you need to get blinds fitted and you live in HD postcodes, Kestrel is Highly Recommended!
